New CEO for Dress for Success Dublin

Angela Smith comes to Dress for Success Dublin from Diageo Ireland, where she was Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. She brings with her over 13 years’ experience in delivering community investment programmes and providing meaningful employment opportunities for young unemployed people. Previous to her time at Diageo she spent 21 years in Glanbia working across many functions from HR to Sales, Marketing, Finance and finished her time there as Office Manager.
Dress for Success Dublin promotes the economic independence of women by providing career development supports, mentoring opportunities, professional clothing, styling advice and one-to-one interview preparation.
In her role as CEO of Dress for Success Dublin, Angela will build on the success of the last six years of Dress for Success. Angela sees it as an opportunity to scale services and deliver new opportunities to more women on their career journey. Angela will get behind Dress for Success Dublin’s key campaigns such as Equal Pay Day to help promote awareness of issues to a wider audience.
