Breast Cancer Research is delighted to announce the appointment of Jennifer Skeffington as Fundraising and Communications Coordinator for the charity. Breast Cancer Research is a national charity that funds a comprehensive research programme at the Lambe Institute for Translational Research, NUI Galway lead by Professor Michael Kerin.

A native of Salthill in Galway, Jennifer brings extensive experience to the charity from the corporate sector. Prior to joining Breast Cancer Research she held a variety of senior positions in business development and marketing in both the UK and Ireland. She holds a Masters in International Banking and Finance from Heriot Watt University and a degree in Financial Mathematics and Economics from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Jennifer will be responsible for fundraising development at Breast Cancer Research and creating and implementing communications strategies across the charity.
