Aspira Appoints New Learning And Development Manager

Norma Lynch has joined the enterprise IT project specialists, Aspira, as the company’s new Learning and Development Manager. The appointment follows accelerated growth of 65% at the company. Aspira has also agreed the strategic acquisition of B-TEC Solutions and announced the creation of 50 new jobs in recent months.

Norma has extensive experience in business and global training settings, and spent five years as Cork Chamber’s Business School Manager and eight years as Customer Training Manager in Siemens UK. She will focus on Training Development for Aspira – an area of the company’s service offerings which has seen a significant growth in demand.

Speaking about her new role, Norma said “I am delighted to come on-board with Aspira – an award-winning company that takes an innovative approach to creating bespoke enterprise IT solutions. I am particularly happy to be part of a team that prioritises such a high standard of customer service for its clients.”

Norma continued “Aspira’s team are nationally recognised as specialist experts in project management and business analysis, and they are seeing a marked rise in demand for training services in particular. I look forward to directing their Training Development services and rising to the challenge of meeting the growing demand in the area, and further developing this offering.”
