Great Place to Work® Ireland announces the 2024 Best Workplaces in Tech.
Now in its fourth year, the Best Workplaces™ in Tech is an industry recognition compiled by Great Place to Work Ireland to recognise the innovative, flexible, high-performing and forward-thinking cultures developed by organisations within Ireland’s dynamic Tech industry.
Using the global standard Best Workplaces™ methodology as its basis, this recognition serves as a key differentiator to highlight these organisations as employers of choice in an increasingly competitive talent market. To be considered for this recognition, participating organisations are required to be Certified™ as a Great Place to Work first.
Through key statements from these organisations’ Trust Index© Employee Survey, Great Place to Work found data proving these organisations are leading the way in this space –
85% of employees at the Best Workplaces in Tech feel they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life, while 93% agree they are able to take time off from work when necessary.
The importance of these statements is paramount in an increasingly uncertain and ever-evolving industry. Through data like this, Great Place to Work were able to identify organisations who not only excel in the industry, but also prioritise their people at each stage.
