Grace Hayes EVP, Head of Markets & Localisation, Mastercard

Mastercard recently announced the appointment of Grace Hayes as Executive Vice President, Head of Markets and Localisation.
In her new role, Grace will lead the Markets and Localisation team responsible for driving the identification of new opportunities across different markets, building bespoke solutions and integrating with the wide portfolio of Mastercard products and services.
Mastercard has a local presence in 65 countries globally and works closely with national schemes to enable domestic and cross-border spending. The company enables more than 125 billion transactions annually in more than 150 currencies across 100 million-plus acceptance locations and 210 countries and territories. As part of Grace’s new role, she will focus on addressing regulatory engagement, regional needs, and technology solutions for customers.
Based in Mastercard’s Dublin Tech Hub, Grace brings more than 20 years of technology experience to the new role, including eight years at Mastercard, where she has held roles across Technology, Customer Delivery, and Product. Most recently, Grace served as Senior Vice President, Customer Delivery, Europe.
