Chilli Pepper, Ireland’s only dedicated strategic customer loyalty agency, have come out on top against some of the strongest B2B Loyalty Programmes and Initiatives from across Ireland at the Irish Loyalty & CX Awards.

Launched in 2017, the market-leading ‘Dulux Trade Points Programme’ is the largest community of Trade Decorators in Ireland. The exclusive Loyalty Programme recognises and rewards professional decorators for choosing Dulux and AkzoNobel products.

Trade decorators sign up to the Dulux Trade Points Programme in participating stores to receive exclusive benefits including points for purchase, invitations to events, members’ competitions, opportunities to review Dulux products and claim a wide range of exciting rewards tailored for them and their business.

The winning criteria required the Loyalty Programme to demonstrate how it had delivered the best value, engagement, commercial benefit, innovation and creativity for the organisation. Judges reviewed businesses favourably that had gone the extra mile to foster closer relationships with their customers and win over their customers loyalty in a B2B environment.

Chilli Pepper worked alongside Dulux to create this revolutionary new relationship model that allowed Dulux to identify high-spending decorators and the products that they buy, then communicate with them regularly to develop strong and profitable commercial relationships.

The Dulux Trade Points Programme has been running for over five years now and has  consistently exceeded Dulux’s business objectives, generating incremental revenue and  delivering a substantial return on investment each year.
