PHECC Partners with TestReach

TestReach, which provides an innovative online assessment solution for the creation, delivery, management and analysis of high-stake examinations, recently announced a new partnership with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC). Through this partnership TestReach will support the delivery of the PHECC’s computer-based examinations.
The PHECC is responsible for implementing, monitoring and developing the standards for education and provision of care by all statutory, private and voluntary ambulance services in Ireland.
The PHECC publishes clinical practice guidelines for pre-hospital emergency care training as well as education. The Council also manages the National Qualification in Emergency Medical Technology (NQEMT) examination process for developing course content, authoring examination questions, training of examiners, invigilation, as well as clinical oversight of examinations, issuing examination results, and ultimately, awarding the NQEMT at EMT, Paramedic and Advanced Paramedic Level.
