The 15th cycle of Going for Growth, the award-winning programme for ambitious female entrepreneurs determined to grow their businesses, got underway in Dublin this week with 70 female entrepreneurs selected for the programme. Between them these entrepreneurs, who have very ambitious plans for their future growth, already have annual sales of almost €82 million. Nearly half of them are already exporters, and they currently employ 1,024 people, with over 600 of these working full time.

A further 16 entrepreneurs, who are members of the Going for Growth Community, have been selected to continue their growth journey through participation on Continuing the Momentum round tables. Between them these entrepreneurs currently have annual sales of €101 million, two-thirds are exporters and between them they employ over 2,433 people, with further growth planned.

The Going for Growth programme is designed to support these entrepreneurs to achieve their growth ambitions, helping create new jobs and grow their sales. Going for Growth is sponsored by Enterprise Ireland and KPMG. The latest cycle will run for six months.
