19th December 2022
Grayling Properties, a leading Irish fully integrated residential property operator and developer, has announced the launch of its new residential property management tenant platform in partnership with property tech company BuildingLink.
The successful roll-out of the new platform to serve tenant communities across more than 1,300 Grayling properties, is part of the firm’s wider goal to continually enhance operations.
Grayling Properties has implemented BuildingLink’s PRS (Private Rented Sector) Operating Platform, enhancing tenant communication and creating an open and accessible environment for its growing tenant base.
Aoife Gaffney, Managing Director of Grayling Property Management commented: “We are delighted to have launched our new tenant platform in partnership with property tech company BuildingLink. The platform makes daily life simpler and more intuitive, streamlining communications between residents, contractors and property managers – saving time and increasing efficiency.”
Vicky Magdusauskiene, Maintenance Manager at Grayling Property Management said: “Technology is rapidly transforming the way in which the property industry operates and enhancement of the resident experience is quickly becoming the most important aspect. We have implemented BuildingLink’s tenant platform to focus on this key element.”
Galen Bales, Managing Director of BuildingLink said: “We are pleased to work with Grayling Properties on our property management software to provide secure solutions for the lettings team and tenants. BuildingLink offers a seamless platform to communicate with building staff and keeps residents up to date with community events and essential data from maintenance bookings, package delivery, to local third-party services.”
Other key aspects of the BuildingLink PRS Operating Platform include ESG awareness in the community and a Resident Wellness Resources directory. These resources are specifically selected based on the guidelines set out in the WELL Health and Safety Rating.
Aoife Gaffney, concluded, “We are also building on our sustainability goals with this new initiative.
The platform will deliver resident, community and social obligations which are designed to meet assessment criteria laid out by GRESB, the global standard for portfolio-level ESG (Environmental and Social Governance) reporting in the real estate sector.
These include programmes around tenant engagement, health and well-being measures, and community engagement.”
