Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce Appoints Pamela Caldwell Pim

Premier bilateral business organisation, the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce, recently announced the appointment of Pamela Caldwell Pim to the role of Membership Development Manager. Pamela will be responsible for engaging with various legislative bodies and business organisations on behalf of the Chamber, which acts as a focal point for Irish Australian business; alongside expanding the Chamber’s ever-growing base of corporate members.
Having spent twenty years working in Senior Leadership Roles in both Ireland and Australia, Pamela has established an extensive global business network. In addition, her vast experience equips her with a profound understanding of the pertinent challenges facing business today, but equally, a resolute determination to leverage the full potential of the trading relationship between the two nations, to enable growth opportunities for member businesses in both countries.
Pamela’s career began in Dell, before transitioning to roles in IBM, Lenovo and subsequently, Cpl, where she undertook a position as Southeast Business Development Manager. In 2015, she joined Ireland’s largest retail bank, Bank of Ireland, where her responsibilities included the delivery of the bank’s business development, customer engagement and digital strategies – while simultaneously serving as a Board Member of Waterford Chamber of Commerce.
Returning to Australia in 2020, Pamela took up the role of Commercial Business Advisor for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. In this capacity, she led efforts to grow the footprint of Kiwi businesses across Australia, working with both start-up and scale-up companies.

Newly appointed Membership Development Manager, Pamela Caldwell Pim said: “I am very grateful to have been appointed to the position of Membership Development Manager of the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce.
