The International Society of Women Airline Pilots (ISA+21) saw over 105 female pilots descend on Dublin for their international conference.  ISA+21 is a global voice to inspire, support and advocate for female airline pilots. Just under 6% of the world’s airline pilots are female and ISA+21 is the largest single donor of advanced flight scholarships for women, annually awarding aircraft type-ratings and thousands of dollars in scholarship awards. In the organisation’s 42-year history, it has awarded over $1.4M to dedicated women pursuing their airline career.  This impressive image was taken by Yvonne Keane of Yvonne Keane Photography, assisted by Aaron Cullen of these wonderful role models in the grounds of the National Gallery of Ireland.
