AIB Awarded Investors in Diversity Gold

AIB is the first bank and largest employer in Ireland to be awarded the Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity.
The Gold accreditation was awarded based on progress with Inclusion and Diversity in areas such as leadership, policies, recruitment and AIB’s impact on external diversity.
AIB Chief Executive Colin Hunt said “We’re delighted to be one of only seven organisations across Ireland to be awarded Gold accreditation by the Irish Centre for Diversity. With the largest footprint in Ireland of any bank we are part of the fabric of many communities across the country and need to ensure we represent the customers we serve day in, day out. While we have more to do, this award demonstrates our commitment to elevating diversity as well as working to ensure that inclusion is a universal experience within and beyond AIB.”
