Empowering the next generation of female leaders, UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School will host a virtual event specifically for women interested in undertaking an MBA.
New research by international insurers William Russell ranks Ireland at No.3 in the world for female empowerment based on categories such as paid maternity leave, women in third-level education, and female representation in government.
The event will feature an MBA Taste Lecture delivered by Stephen Boyle on the topic ‘Gender in Negotiations’, followed by a panel discussion with current MBA students and alumni. The panel will share their experiences of the Smurfit MBA and highlight the importance and impact of the MBA on their professional and personal progression.
