Jennifer Paetzold New COO at Teneo Ireland

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, recently announced the appointment of Jennifer Paetzold as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Teneo Ireland. Jennifer will work with Teneo’s senior leadership team in Ireland to drive the growth, expansion and performance of the business, oversee the operational structure and talent development function, and raise the firm’s profile in the Irish market.

Jennifer has 20 years of experience in the professional services industry, where she has worked to implement business strategies and operations that drive growth while improving productivity and profitability. Prior to joining Teneo, she worked with marketing and advertising agency McCann Dublin, most recently serving as Managing Partner.

Jennifer holds an MBA from Henley Business School with specialisations in International Business in the Circular Economy, and Branding in Digital Economies. She is a member of the Institute of Directors, an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors, and an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
