Walkers Group recently announced that five of its partners from across its Cayman, Guernsey, Ireland and Jersey offices have been included in the published IFLR1000 Women Leaders for 2021. Global Managing Partner Ingrid Pierce and partners Sarah Brehaut, Alexandra Corner, Noeleen Ruddy (Ireland) and Caroline Williams are included in the list of around 750 women.
Walkers Ireland LLP were also recently awarded four Finance Dublin Deals of the Year Awards and acted on eight other nominated deals. The annual Awards acknowledge excellence under five broad categories within the financial services sector in Ireland and these categories include: M&A; Debt Capital Markets; Equity Capital Markets; Loans & Financing; Financial Services and FS Aviation Finance.
Co-leading one of the winning deals in Dept Capital Markets – ILS, was Noeleen Ruddy alongside Garry Ferguson, Managing Partner of Ireland, Muireann Nic Dhonncha and Clare Mannion in the Finance & Capital Markets group.
Noeleen Ruddy is Partner, Finance & Capital Markets, Walkers Ireland. She advises international financial institutions, investment banks, arrangers, managers, private equity, hedge funds, agents and trustees in relation to a wide range of structured products transactions including securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS), debt offerings, CLOs (whether cash, synthetic or hybrid), CAT bonds and Commercial Paper Programmes. Noeleen has also advised on combined QIAIF/SPV transactions, distressed, stressed, performing and non-performing debt deals and other bespoke structured product transactions.
