Barbara Monahan – Shinning bright as All-Ireland ‘All-Star’ Recipient

Barbara Monahan (pictured), Creative Director of CUBE Design, Graphic Design and Visual Brand Consultancy, has achieved the highest accolade in the SME industry – the coveted All-Ireland ‘All-Star’ business accreditation as Thought Leader in Brand Design.
Barbara explains what this standard means for her business: “To be recognised as an All Star Thought Leader in Brand Design is a phenomenal personal achievement.
As a small business owner, you are constantly adapting and looking at how you can improve your business. It can be a lonely road.
Achieving this standard demonstrates I am delivering 100% customer satisfaction, something I am immensely proud of. As we all navigate our way around the challenges of COVID-19, the All-Ireland All-Star award will enable me to differentiate my business and operate at a new level”
The All-Ireland ‘All-Star’ accreditation is an independently verified standard for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
Dr Hynes said the accreditation, which is now held by over 450 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards but have nothing to measure them by: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
