Female empowerment is embedded in the very spirit of Glandore, trickling down from the top level of the company, which is spearheaded by a trio of driven and enthusiastic sisters – Fiona, Clare and Rebecca Kelly. The Kelly sisters believe that a platform such as #Hear from Her, which highlights issues faced by women in the workplace, is not only essential to influencing continued progression, but crucial to the evolution of their own business.
“At Glandore, we are inherently aware of how important it is to shine a spotlight on female-focused issues within the professional world. We believe that through learning from our fellow women in business and inviting them to share their stories, we can provide a catalyst for positive change. That was the inspiration behind #Hear from Her, and we can’t wait to see our vision come to fruition. We’re delighted to welcome such inspiring names to the bill and look forward to hearing their insights”, said Fiona Kelly.
