The RISE Foundation – Event

15th January 2020

Posted In: FYI

The RISE Foundation charity was founded by Senator Frances Black in 2009 and focuses on family members of those with addictive behaviour (alcohol, drugs and gambling). At RISE (Recovery In a Safe Environment) staff are dedicated to working towards helping family members to free themselves from the stress, anxiety and worry of having a loved one with addictive behaviour and to understand the nature of addiction and the profound effects it has on relationships.

The Rise Foundation is a registered charity and Friends of Rise is a group of individuals and businesses who offer financial and practical support to the Rise Foundation to assist them in achieving their aims.

The first annual Friends of Rise fundraising lunch will be held on Thursday February 27th, 2020, in SABA, Clarendon Street, Dublin 2 at 12.30pm. This event will raise valuable funds for the Rise Foundation and allow the charity to share with supporters some of their recent updates and plans for the future.

Tickets for this event are €50 each. This includes a 3 course lunch with wine or soft drinks. Tables for 10/12 are available and individuals and smaller groups are also most welcome.
