Ciara Crossan, A Business All Star!

WeddingDates Ciara Crossan has been accredited with a Business All Star award for Thought Leadership in International Hospitality Management. The company is Ireland’s leading platform for connecting engaged couples planning their wedding with wedding venues and suppliers looking to reach their target audience.
Last year, WeddingDates was awarded the coveted All-Ireland Business All-Star accreditation in Croke Park and in May they were named the Most Innovative Business of the Year 2019 at the 5th All-Ireland Business Summit. They now celebrate their CEO’s success in the field of Thought Leadership.
Speaking about her awards, Ciara Crossan said: “This is such an honour for me to be externally recognised for something that I am so passionate about and put so much time and effort into. This is also a great moment for the WeddingDates team who give me incredible support in making it all happen!”.
This is an independently verified standard mark for indigenous businesses, based on rigorous selection criteria. The accreditation is overseen by the prestigious All-Ireland Business Foundation, whose adjudication panel is chaired by Dr Briga Hynes of the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick and Kieran Ring, CEO of the Global Institute of Logistics.
Dr Hynes said the accreditation, which is now held by over 350 firms, is needed by the thousands of small and medium businesses which operate to their own standards, but have nothing to measure them by. “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors,” she said.
