Grace O’Shaughnessy Wins At Fingal Chamber Awards

Earlier this month, Grace O’Shaughnessy, Managing Director of Java Republic, was named Business Person of the Year at the Fingal Chamber Business Awards held at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport.
From a record number of entries, Grace O’Shaughnessy clinched the top award for her successful leadership of Java Republic, one of the leading suppliers of premium coffee and 100% organic tea in the country. Over the past 18 months, Grace has focused on the strategic future and commercial agenda of Java Republic including entry to new verticals such as travel, hospitality solutions and larger customers where she holds many key relationships.
After joining Java Republic in 2006, Grace quickly established herself as an integral part of the company due to her wealth of experience in the Irish Food & Beverage Industry. Swiftly moving into the Managing Director role, Grace has since directed all aspects of the business and holds responsibility for driving the future direction of Java Republic. Originally qualified in Food Science and Business Management, Grace has recently completed an Executive MBA from Dublin City University.
