O’Callaghan Collection Appoints Sam Shepherd Group Director of HR

Sam Shepherd has been appointed Group Director of HR at O’Callaghan Collection, hotel group based in Dublin city centre with six hotels in Dublin, Cambridge and Gibraltar.
Sam has over 22 years’ experience in HR, previously Head of HR at Jury’s Hotel Group and Head of HR – Retail Tesco PLC, and prides herself on developing people to be the best they can be and creating an engaging working environment.
“I am really excited about the challenges ahead. We want to build a strong employer brand and start working towards Great Place to Work whilst introducing systems that will support our goals. A key factor will be engaging and developing talent to enable the business to grow to its full potential,” says Shepherd.
