Eversheds Sutherland has appointed Marie O’Riordan as partner to the firm’s growing real estate practice.
Marie O’Riordan has extensive experience in all areas of commercial real estate law and commercial leases. She acts for a range of investors, developers and banks in dealing with acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lending and property management issues. Recently Marie has acted for a number of leading Irish and international investors in the acquisition and disposal of significant commercial properties, focussing in particular on the acquisition and disposal of high value office and retail properties. She regularly advises clients on complex commercial leases and real estate transactions and on the re-structuring/re-finance of property assets. In 2017 Marie was recognised by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in the real estate sector.
