Tesco Ireland has announced that it has been awarded the coveted Great Place to Work accreditation. As a leading food retailer, Tesco is one of the biggest private sector employers in Ireland employing over 13,000 employees across the country in its network of stores, head office and distribution centre.
Certifying Tesco Ireland as one Ireland’s Best Workplaces, Great Place to Work commended Tesco on its culture, achieving its organisational objectives with employees who give their personal best and who work together as a team, in an environment of trust.
Commenting on the accolade Geraldine Casey, People Director, Tesco Ireland said, “We’re really proud to have successfully achieved the Great Place to Work standard.
