Effective Women On Board May 23rd
With more women on boards and senior executive teams, this workshop aims to help women on exec teams or boards to work effectively with their senior colleagues.
The workshop, hosted by Institute of Directors Northern Ireland, is presented by Anne Dargan. Anne is the founder of Rapid Change Consultancy and is an experienced business manager, business change leader and professional leadership coach with over 25 years’ experience.
Women are still outnumbered five to one and tend to feel less fully “at the table” than their male colleagues. There are differences between men and women that play out at the top levels and have the potential to derail women and cultivate dysfunction in the board room. Valuing difference and taking responsibility for your impact on the group will enhance your reputation and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the exec team or board.
