Marie McGinley Joins Eversheds Team

Marie McGinley has been appointed Partner and Head of Intellectual Property, Technology and Data Protection at Eversheds’ expanding Corporate and Commercial practice.
Marie joined Eversheds from A&L Goodbody where she was a Senior Associate in the IP and Technology Group.
She practises in both contentious and commercial intellectual property/technology matters for a broad range of domestic and international clients, and advises on commercial, regulatory and transactional matters. She is also a registered Irish Trade Mark Agent.
Marie is a member of the IP and Technology Committee and Commercial Law Committee of the Dublin Solicitor Bar Association. She regularly contributes to the E-Commerce Law Report and PLC and lectures and tutors in the area of Intellectual Property and Information Technology at the Law Society of Ireland.
