Cpl Creates 200 Jobs
25th November 2015
Cpl Resources plc, the recruitment company, announced the creation of 200 operational roles across the Group in the next two years.
These roles will include high value senior positions in Global Sales and Digital, and roles at varying levels in Recruitment, Sales and Marketing. The jobs will be across the organisation in Dublin, the UK and Eastern Europe.
“There’s been a strong uplift in business which is why we are hiring so many people. We work with both Irish and international companies, many of which are expanding, both in Ireland and abroad,” said Anne Heraty, CEO, Cpl.
Anne, who was the WMB Businesswoman Award winner in 2014, says it’s clear that confidence is on the rise in Irish businesses. “Earlier this month the European Commission predicted Irish GDP growth of 6%, so most businesses are seeking to increase their headcount”.
Cpl’s objective is providing their clients with the best staff possible. “As they grow, talent is becoming the key differentiator, and the best candidates are not always easy to find. This is particularly true for companies competing with disruptive, innovative tech companies who are very attractive to the young, talented and most technologically skilled people,” she added.
“As a result, the workplace is changing. Companies are getting creative with their staffing solutions: work is no longer 9-5 in an office, but can be done anywhere; there’s an increase in contractors and freelancers, and there is a new openness to part-time and flexi-time hours for staff”.
Cpl will soon launch its Christmas ‘Bring them home’ campaign and the company “is committed to bringing home 3,000 Irish workers from abroad in 2016”.
