North-East Start-up Gathering Launched

The Startup Gathering 2015 programme of events for the North-East was launched this week at The Mill Enterprise Hub, Drogheda, County Louth.
The aim of the Gathering is to promote entrepreneurship and help develop world class regional startup hubs, as well as highlighting Ireland’s startup sector to global entrepreneurs, investors and R&D teams.
The Startup Gathering North-East will have a strong emphasis on developing startup hubs around the key strengths in the region, including e-Payments and the Food sector. It will have a number of events promoting entrepreneurship in general, including a joint Chamber event with a panel of entrepreneurs from across the region, and guest speaker, Alex MountCharles of Slane Whiskey.
