This trade show focuses on the food, drink and hospitality sectors. Among the attractions this year is the Spotlight Stage, which will feature live chef demonstrations, as well as presentations from various experts in relevant sectors.
A Profit Shop will also feature, with tips to help retailers improve sales in their outlets. Other ingredients in the show include a craft butchers zone and a competition to find the best products in the show. This year’s trade show also incorporates the Speciality and Fine Food Fair, showcasing high-quality new food and drink products.
