Vita Liberata Wins Queen’s Award for International Trade
22nd April 2015
The fake tan brand, Vita Liberata, has won the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise for the second year running – it particularly recognises its overseas sales success.
The Queen’s Awards celebrate the top UK-based businesses and the winners are invited to attend a reception at Buckingham Palace in July 2015. Over 100 businesses were awarded the honour yesterday by the UK’s Department for Business, Innovation & Skills.
Vita Liberata is based in County Antrim and run by CEO and founder Alyson Hogg, who established the business in 2003. Since then she has won a slew of awards for her products, which have many celebrity fans, according to the website.
Overseas, its fake tan products are sold in more than 1,000 stores across 25 countries – and on shopping channel QVC in the US.
