An event, entitled ‘Unlocking Hidden Talent in the Workforce’, was attended by an audience of senior professionals from Munster. The event took place on April 14th at Dell’s Limerick Campus. It consisted of a series of speakers followed by a detailed question and answer session.
The presentations were led by Fiona McCarthy, Executive Director EMEA HR Services at Dell. Addressing the audience she said: “We are delighted to host today’s event on our campus here in Limerick. As a female leader in the technology sector I think it’s important that events like todays continue to happen so the discussion around driving more females into leadership positions evolves to keep pace with current industry trends.”
