ONLINE SUSCRIPTIONS: We offer delivery within the island of Ireland only. We will consider taking subscriptions from outside Ireland on a case by case basis (postage costs and handling charges differ considerably from country to country) by phone order only.

Irish VAT is charged on all shipments to EU member states. (Irish VAT will not be charged subscriptions to customers where the billing address is outside the EU).

Your order will be added to our subscription list once payment has been approved and the delivery/billing address has been verified.Postage costs are included in the yearly subscription cost.

PAYMENTS:
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta or Laser.  

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. You confirm that the credit / debit card that is being used is yours. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to WMB Publishing, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Worldpay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At WMB Publishing we do not hold your credit card details on the website or our customer database.  Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

REFUND POLICY :
WMB Publishing provides a subscription option, the cost of which is discounted as compared with the 'on shelf' cover price. To cancel you can email us (subs@womenmeanbusiness.com) or write to us within seven days of payment, quoting your bill number. Should you have any complaint, we will investigate promptly to ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of both you, the subscriber and us, the publisher. To this end, any issues you may have should be addressed in the first instances to: subs@womenmeanbusiness.com

WMB is NOT responsible for the contents of any off site pages referenced or linked to.
