Hilary Devey is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Europe. She was a 2008 Channel 4's Secret Millionaire and presented The Business Inspector on Channel 5 in 2010.  This year, Hilary joined the illustrious panel on BBC Two's very popular business programme Dragons' Den that airs this Autumn.

Dr. Maureen Gaffney is a clinical psychologist by profession and has worked for many years in Trinity College Dublin as Director of the Doctoral Programme in Clinical Psychology. She works with companies on developing programmes of leadership and emotional intelligence; managing diversity, change and transitions; and offers a programme of Executive Coaching.
