Marian Corcoran joined Accenture in 1988 after completing an honours degree in Biotechnology at Dublin City University. Marian is now the head of Accenture’s Management Consulting & Integrated Markets (MCIM) practice in Ireland. She also has global responsibility for the Finance and Performance Management practice in the Public Service area and is a Director of the Accenture business in Ireland.

Marian personally has twenty years experience of designing and delivering large scale change programmes across a range of industries in Ireland, UK and across Europe.

In her career to date with Accenture, Marian has worked with clients as diverse as Microsoft, Eagle Star, Kodak, Guinness, Philips, HSE, Her Majesty’s Prison Service, Metropolitan Police, European Space Agency and Northern Ireland Civil Service.

Her roles have ranged from operating model design, shared services strategy and implementation, ERP design and implementation, IT strategy to programme

management and to finance strategy.
