Vicky Godolphin leads the Accenture Ireland Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) practice. Vicky has more than ten years experience in Strategy, Mergers & Acquisition advisory and CRM consulting, working with clients in Ireland, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

She specialises in large-scale business transformation programmes with specific focus in marketing, sales and customer service programmes. Vicky joined Accenture in 2005 and holds a degree in Management & Systems Science from City University London as well as being an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
