New Digital Appointments At The Alternatives Group

The Alternatives Group, a marketing, digital and customer centric talent solutions business has announced the appointment of Aisling Cunningham and Roxanne Pedretti to the role of Digital Business Manager.
Each will be responsible for the development and management of the group’s fast growing digital division which has recorded a double digit increase this year, particularly for its Digital Contracting services.
An experienced recruiter with over five years in the industry, Aisling is passionate about everything digital and specialised 3 years ago in Creative, marketing and Development.
Her focus is on delivering talent solutions – for both clients and candidates, offering wider, more diverse technical skill sets from interim and contracting to permanent and executive search.
Originally from South Africa, Roxanne ran her own creative recruitment agency offering recruitment services for the creative industry – Production, Post Production and Digital.
Prior to moving to Ireland she worked in a business development and HR role in a full service digital agency having previously worked for one of the biggest production/post production houses in Johannesburg as HR and traffic manager.
Her applied experience and digital industry insight is key to her new role at Alternatives.
