At the 2016 Forum, Cork Chamber of Commerce will take a look at the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, how you can ensure the wellbeing of your team and yourself and harnessing “The Power of You”.
Expert speakers on the day include Niall Breslin, Olive Loughnane, Lucy Hyland and Barbara Nugent.
You will hear from each of the speakers about the importance of Food, Fitness and Focus and how making small changes can greatly enhance your professional performance. They will also give you an opportunity to complete a MindScore survey and will assess the results on the day, unearthing corrective actions to help you improve your score and your overall wellbeing.
