Helene O’Donovan Joins FitzGerald Solicitors

FitzGerald Solicitors in Cork has appointed a new solicitor, Helene O’Donovan. She will assist with the firm’s growing client base in its Commercial and Private Client Department.
Helene O’Donovan, who is originally from Ballinlough and now residing in Glanmire, Cork, joined the team in September. Her role will include advising financial institutions, corporate clients and private individuals in areas such as Conveyancing, Commercial Law and Banking and Finance.
She holds a BCL Degree from UCC She also holds a Certificate in Business Studies from CIT. Her experience in legal firms spans over 15 years and since qualifying as a solicitor she has worked with private and commercial clients, advising on all aspects of sales/purchases including dealings with NAMA.
Helene’s expertise also includes advising on probate matters to include will drafting and administration of estates together with tax and succession planning. Helene also has extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of property matters relating to wind farm and renewable energy development.
